Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

These terms apply when you use seosid.com, our agency services, or the SEOSID app at app.seosid.com, the SEOSID WordPress plugin or the SEOSID Shopify app (together, the "SEOSID software"). By using any of them, or by creating an account, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use them for a business, you confirm you can accept these terms for it. You must be at least 18.

2. Agency services

SEOSID LLC provides SEO, digital marketing, advertising and web development services. Scope, deliverables, fees and timelines are set in your proposal or client agreement, which takes priority over these terms where they differ. Nothing on this website is a binding offer.

3. SEOSID software: accounts

Keep your login details secure and tell us at once about any unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the team members you invite. Give accurate information and keep it up to date.

4. Plans, trials and billing

• Free plan: available with the allowances shown in the app. We may change free allowances with notice.
• Paid plans (for example Growth and Agency) are billed in advance for the term you choose (monthly, 3-monthly or yearly) and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are shown before you pay and exclude any applicable taxes.
• Free trials last the period shown (for example 7 days), one per account; the account returns to the Free plan at the end unless you subscribe.
• Coupons and promotions apply only as described when you redeem them and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal; Shopify stores are billed through Shopify under Shopify's terms.
• Cancellation: cancel any time in Plan & billing (or in Shopify). You keep paid features until the end of the period you paid for.
• Refunds: fees are non-refundable, including for partly used periods, except where the law requires otherwise or we agree in writing.
• Allowances (such as AI articles, words, audit pages and checks) reset each billing period and do not roll over.
• We may change prices for future periods with at least 30 days' notice; you can cancel before the change takes effect.

5. Acceptable use

Use the SEOSID software only for websites and accounts you own or are authorised to manage. Do not:

• break the law, infringe others' rights, or publish misleading, harmful or spam content;
• try to access other users' data, probe, overload or disrupt the service, or get around limits or security;
• copy, resell, scrape or reverse engineer the software, or use it to build a competing product;
• share accounts to avoid plan limits, or create multiple free accounts for the same site.

We may suspend or limit accounts that break these rules.

6. Your content and connected accounts

You keep ownership of your websites, content and data. You give us permission to host, read and process them only to provide and improve the service you use, as described in our Privacy Policy. When you connect Google Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools, WordPress or Shopify, you authorise SEOSID to access them on your behalf within the permissions you grant; you can disconnect at any time. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms.

7. Changes to your site

SEOSID changes your website or store only when you approve it (for example applying fixes, redirects, internal links or publishing articles), and changes are recorded so you can roll them back where the software offers it. You are responsible for reviewing what you approve and for keeping your own backups.

8. AI-generated content

The SEOSID software uses AI to suggest titles, descriptions, ALT text, articles and other content. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete: review it before you publish it. You are responsible for content you publish, including its accuracy and compliance with laws and platform rules.

9. No guarantee of results

SEO, advertising and AI search results depend on many factors outside our control, including search engine and AI platform changes, competition and the condition of your website. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, AI citations, leads or revenue. Data from third parties (for example search volumes and positions) is provided as received and may differ from what you see yourself.

10. Third-party services

The services rely on third parties such as Google, Microsoft, WordPress, Shopify, payment providers, AI providers and data providers. We are not responsible for their availability or for changes they make, and features that depend on them may change or stop.

11. Intellectual property

The website, the SEOSID software and their content, design and code belong to SEOSID LLC or its licensors. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the software during your subscription under these terms. Feedback you give us may be used without obligation to you.

12. Availability and changes to the service

We work to keep the service available and secure but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may add, change or remove features. If we discontinue a paid feature that is central to your plan, we will give reasonable notice.

13. Disclaimer

Except as stated in these terms, the website, services and software are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

14. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, SEOSID LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or rankings. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service concerned in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

15. Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify SEOSID LLC against claims arising from your content, your websites, or your breach of these terms or the law.

16. Termination

You can stop using the services and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms, non-payment, or where required by law. On closure we delete your account data as described in our Privacy Policy. Sections that by their nature should continue (for example payment, liability and governing law) survive termination.

17. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim locally.

18. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with a new date and email account owners about important changes. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
