SEOSID GROWTH360 — YOUR OUTSOURCED DIGITAL MARKETING TEAM

Your Complete Digital Marketing Department. Without the In-House Overhead.

One Expert Team. Every Channel. One Clear Growth Strategy.

Stop managing separate SEO agencies, social media freelancers, advertising specialists, content writers, and website developers. SEOSID Growth360 brings your essential digital marketing operations together under one coordinated strategy — helping your business improve visibility, build trust, attract qualified enquiries, and convert more opportunities.

  • SEO & Google Maps
  • AI Search Visibility
  • Social Media
  • Paid Advertising
  • Online Reputation
  • Website Management
  • Growth Reporting

Your Business Doesn’t Need More Disconnected Marketing Services.

Managing different providers for different channels creates fragmented strategies, inconsistent reporting, slow execution, and unnecessary coordination.

01

SEO Without Conversion

Your website may receive traffic but still struggle to turn visitors into enquiries.

02

Inconsistent Social Media

Your profiles remain inactive or publish random content without a strategic direction.

03

Invisible in Local Search

Customers searching locally may discover competitors before they discover your company.

04

Weak Digital Reputation

Unanswered reviews, incomplete listings, and inconsistent brand information weaken customer confidence.

05

Advertising Without Coordination

Paid traffic campaigns operate separately from your website, follow-up process, and organic growth efforts.

06

No Single Point of Accountability

Multiple providers produce separate reports while nobody connects the work into an overall strategy.

Growth360 connects these moving parts into one managed marketing operation.

Everything Your Business Needs to Build a Stronger Digital Presence.

One coordinated team to manage the channels, content, performance improvements, and marketing activities that drive sustainable growth.

Service 01 · Search Engine Optimization

SEO That Builds Long-Term Organic Visibility.

Organic search is still where many customers start comparing providers. SEOSID works through the technical, content and on-page factors that decide whether your pages can be found, understood and chosen — then connects those pages to clear enquiry paths so traffic has somewhere useful to go.

What this includes

  • Technical SEO review
  • Keyword and search intent research
  • Competitor analysis
  • On-page optimisation
  • Title tags and meta descriptions
  • Heading and content structure
  • Internal linking optimisation
  • Indexing and crawlability monitoring
  • Schema markup recommendations and implementation
  • Service page optimisation
  • Landing page content improvements
  • Blog and topic planning
  • Core Web Vitals recommendations
  • Conversion-focused improvements to organic landing pages
  • Search Console analysis
  • Organic traffic monitoring
  • Search visibility tracking
  • Link opportunity analysis
  • Ethical digital PR and outreach where included in scope

No one can promise a #1 ranking. SEOSID focuses on the work that improves eligibility, relevance and click-through — and reports honestly on what moves.

Service 02 · Local SEO & Google Maps

Be Easier to Find When Nearby Customers Are Ready to Buy.

“Near me” searches often come from people ready to call or visit. SEOSID tightens the signals Google uses for local results — an accurate, complete Google Business Profile, consistent business information across the web, and location-relevant pages on your site.

What this includes

  • Google Business Profile optimisation
  • Business category review
  • Business description optimisation
  • Services and products setup where relevant
  • Business information consistency
  • Business directory citation audit
  • Local keyword research
  • Location and service area targeting
  • Local landing page improvements
  • Google Maps visibility analysis
  • Review monitoring and response assistance
  • Business photo and update recommendations
  • Local competitor benchmarking
  • Local search performance reporting

Google Maps results vary by relevance, distance from the searcher, prominence, competition and other factors Google controls. Optimisation improves your competitiveness; it cannot fix a position for every search.

Service 03 · AI Search, AEO & GEO

Prepare Your Brand for the Next Generation of Search.

SEO Is Evolving. Your Brand Visibility Strategy Should Evolve Too.

Traditional search shows a list of links and lets people choose. AI-assisted search increasingly summarises an answer first — in Google AI Overviews and AI Mode, ChatGPT Search, Perplexity, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini and other tools. Those systems lean on information that is clear, consistent and credible. SEOSID strengthens exactly that.

Traditional search

Shows a ranked list of pages. People click, compare and decide. Visibility depends on crawlable, relevant, authoritative pages.

AI-assisted search

Summarises an answer first, often citing a few sources. Visibility depends on clear facts, consistent entity information and credible content that is easy to reference.

  • Google AI Overviews
  • Google AI Mode
  • ChatGPT Search
  • Perplexity
  • Microsoft Copilot
  • Gemini
  • Other AI discovery tools
AEO
Answer engine optimisation — structuring content so it directly answers the questions customers ask.
GEO
Generative engine optimisation — making your brand information clear and credible enough for generative AI to describe accurately.
LLM
LLM optimisation — the umbrella term for helping large language models understand who you are, what you do and where you operate.

What this includes

  • AI search visibility baseline
  • Brand entity consistency assessment
  • Structured content improvements
  • Answer-oriented FAQ content
  • Entity-based topical planning
  • Expert-authored content optimisation
  • Citation-friendly factual content structure
  • Service and company identity clarification
  • About and author information optimisation
  • Schema markup implementation where applicable
  • Brand mention and reference opportunity research
  • Relevant third-party listing audits
  • AI-search response sampling
  • Content freshness review
  • Tracking selected AI discovery queries where technically feasible

No agency can guarantee that ChatGPT, Gemini or any AI system will recommend your business, and an llms.txt file is not a requirement for AI visibility. This work improves discoverability, clarity, credibility and your potential eligibility to appear in AI-assisted discovery.

Service 04 · Social Media Content

Stay Visible. Stay Relevant. Build Brand Trust.

An inactive profile makes people wonder whether a business is still operating. SEOSID plans a monthly calendar from the same customer and keyword research behind your SEO, designs and writes each post, gets your approval and publishes on schedule.

What this includes

  • Monthly content calendar
  • Brand voice development
  • Social media strategy
  • Creative post design
  • Educational content
  • Promotional content
  • Industry tips and insights
  • Brand awareness campaigns
  • Offer announcements
  • Event and seasonal content
  • Short-form video editing where included
  • Caption writing
  • Hashtag and topic research
  • Scheduling
  • Publishing
  • Performance review
  • Basic engagement recommendations

Platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest and others) are agreed at onboarding. Post counts are total unique pieces across those platforms — one approved design shared to several platforms counts once. Videos are edited from footage you supply or agreed assets; unlimited video, on-site filming and full community management are not included unless separately contracted.

Service 05 · Reputation & Reviews

Build the Trust That Turns Research into Enquiries.

Before contacting you, most people read what others say. SEOSID monitors your reviews and listings, drafts thoughtful responses, and helps you build a fair, consistent routine for asking real customers for feedback.

What this includes

  • Review presence audits
  • Google review monitoring
  • Review response drafting
  • Review request workflow recommendations
  • Reputation management strategy
  • Customer feedback analysis
  • Brand sentiment monitoring where supported
  • Negative feedback escalation guidance
  • Business listing accuracy improvements
  • Trust-related website content improvements
  • Review performance reporting

SEOSID never writes fake reviews, buys reviews, uses review gating or manipulates ratings. All review collection follows the relevant platform policies and applicable laws.

Service 06 · Website & Conversion

Turn Your Website Into a Better Performing Sales Asset.

Every channel eventually sends people to your website. SEOSID keeps it healthy and steadily removes the friction between “interested” and “enquired” — clearer pages, stronger calls to action and forms that work on every device.

What this includes

  • Basic website technical health monitoring
  • Landing page recommendations
  • UX improvements
  • Mobile usability review
  • Navigation improvements
  • Contact form testing
  • CTA optimisation
  • Broken link audits
  • On-page SEO fixes
  • Page speed recommendations
  • Conversion tracking checks
  • Copy improvements
  • Trust signal improvements
  • Service page updates
  • Basic image optimisation
  • Lead form optimisation
  • Limited monthly content and design updates within package scope

Quoted separately (not part of routine monthly updates)

  • Full website redesigns
  • Custom software development
  • Complex integrations
  • Major ecommerce replatforming
  • Server migration
  • Emergency cybersecurity remediation

Service 07 · Paid Advertising

Reach High-Intent Customers With More Accountable Campaigns.

Paid campaigns can capture demand while organic visibility builds — when they are tracked properly and send people to pages built for the offer. Platforms include Google Search Ads, Google Display and remarketing where appropriate, Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Ads, and other approved channels depending on package scope.

What this includes

  • Campaign planning
  • Keyword and audience research
  • Ad account audit
  • Campaign structure
  • Conversion tracking setup or review
  • Ad copywriting
  • Creative recommendations
  • Landing page alignment
  • Budget allocation recommendations
  • Negative keyword management
  • Performance optimisation
  • Search term review
  • Campaign performance reporting
  • Lead quality feedback analysis

Advertising budget is not included in the SEOSID management fee — platform spend is billed by Google, Meta or the relevant platform to you. Complete Growth Partner covers 1 channel with up to 3 active campaigns; Outsourced Marketing Department covers up to 2 channels with up to 6 active campaigns in total. Advertising does not guarantee qualified leads, a specific cost per acquisition or profitability.

Service 08 · Analytics & Strategy

Know What’s Happening. Understand What’s Improving.

Reports should explain, not just display. Each month SEOSID pulls the relevant data together, explains what changed and why, and turns it into the next month’s priorities.

What this includes

  • Google Analytics 4 review
  • Google Search Console insights
  • Search visibility reporting
  • Google Business Profile performance
  • Social media insights
  • Advertising performance reports where relevant
  • Website conversions
  • Lead source attribution where technically available
  • KPI tracking
  • Performance explanations
  • Monthly action plans
  • Business growth opportunities
  • Client strategy meetings based on package
  • Transparent reporting

What SEO Progress Looks Like in Google Search Console.

Google Search Console is Google’s own record of how a site performs in search. It’s where we set your baseline, spot problems early and show progress month by month — using data straight from Google rather than third-party estimates.

  • ImpressionsHow often your pages appear in results
  • Clicks & CTRHow often searchers choose you
  • Average positionMovement for priority queries
  • Page indexingWhich pages Google can include
  • Core Web VitalsReal-user page experience signals
Growth Clicks and impressions climbing Clicks and impressions rose steadily from early October: 759 clicks from 14.6K impressions, a 5.2% average CTR and an average position of 1.9 across the period. Website name withheld · 17 Sep – 14 Oct 2026 · 28 days
Visibility Three months of consistent visibility 542 clicks from 51.2K impressions over three months, at an average position of 7.8 across all queries. Website name withheld · 15 Jul – 13 Oct 2026 · 3 months
Audit baseline Starting point: stuck on page two A typical baseline we audit: 2.66K impressions but only 26 clicks, at an average position of 15.8 — the site is visible, but mostly just below page one. Website name withheld · 17 Sep – 14 Oct 2026 · 28 days
Audit baseline Starting point: impressions without clicks 75.8K impressions but only 77 clicks (0.1% CTR) at an average position of 54.4 — seen for broad searches, rarely ranking where people click. Closing this gap is where an audit begins. Website name withheld

Screenshots are real Google Search Console reports with site names withheld. “Audit baseline” examples show typical starting points — they are different websites, not before-and-after views of the same site. Every website’s results differ based on competition, site condition, implementation speed and investment — these are examples, not guarantees.

Why Coordinate Five Providers When One Team Can Manage the Strategy?

Many businesses benefit from a coordinated team with clear deliverables and a single reporting structure. Here’s how the two setups typically compare.

Area Typical Fragmented Setup SEOSID Growth360
SEO coordination Fragmented: The SEO provider works from its own plan and rarely sees social, ads or sales data. Growth360: SEO priorities are set inside one plan alongside content, ads and website work.
Social media consistency Fragmented: A freelancer posts on their own schedule, disconnected from search topics and offers. Growth360: The content calendar is built from the same customer and keyword research.
Website improvement priorities Fragmented: Fixes wait in a developer’s queue and compete with other clients’ work. Growth360: Monthly updates are prioritised by what SEO, ads and conversion data show.
Google Maps management Fragmented: The profile is often left to whoever happens to have the login. Growth360: The profile is managed as part of local SEO, with review and update routines.
Advertising alignment Fragmented: Ads send traffic to pages that weren’t built for the campaign. Growth360: Campaigns and landing pages are planned together.
Reporting clarity Fragmented: Separate reports, different metrics and no shared view. Growth360: One monthly report connecting channels to enquiries where tracking allows.
Brand consistency Fragmented: Tone and visuals vary from provider to provider. Growth360: One brand voice across search, social, ads and website.
Communication overhead Fragmented: You brief, chase and coordinate several suppliers yourself. Growth360: One point of contact and one meeting rhythm.
Marketing accountability Fragmented: Each provider reports its own wins; nobody owns the overall picture. Growth360: One team accountable for the plan and for explaining what is and isn’t working.

Growth360 isn’t automatically cheaper than every freelancer or in-house arrangement. Its value is coordination: one plan, clear deliverables and one reporting structure.

Built for Business Owners Who Want to Focus on Running the Business.

You run your business. We manage the digital marketing operations that help customers discover, trust, and contact you.

One Coordinated Marketing Strategy

Search, social, ads, reviews and website work follow a single plan, so effort isn’t duplicated or contradictory.

Defined Monthly Deliverables

You know exactly how many posts, videos, content pieces and updates you receive each month — no vague “unlimited”.

Transparent Performance Reporting

Monthly reports explain what changed, why it matters and what happens next — including what the data can’t show.

Flexible Growth Priorities

Priorities shift as results come in. A slow channel can be dialled back and a strong one given more focus within scope.

Your Brand. Your Accounts. Your Data.

Your advertising accounts, analytics properties, website access and business profiles should stay under your ownership wherever applicable. SEOSID works through the permissions you grant — not ownership transfers — so you keep full control and history if you ever change provider.

  • Google Ads and Meta ad accounts, and their billing

SEOSID provides

  • Work carried out through user access you can revoke

Questions About Growth360, Answered.

Straight answers on scope, pricing, results and how we work together.

General

SEOSID Growth360 is a fully managed, multi-channel digital marketing service. Instead of hiring separate providers for SEO, social media, advertising, reviews and website updates, you work with one coordinated SEOSID team that plans and delivers an agreed monthly scope across those channels. Every package combines strategy and execution: a shared growth plan, defined monthly deliverables, and one reporting structure that connects search visibility, Google Maps activity, social content, paid campaigns and website enquiries. The channels and allowances depend on the package you choose, and everything is confirmed in writing before work begins.

An outsourced digital marketing department is an external team that delivers the day-to-day marketing work a business would otherwise need several in-house hires to cover — SEO, content, social media, paid advertising and reporting. Rather than recruiting, training and managing a specialist for each function, you access a coordinated group of practitioners through one agreement and one point of contact. You still own the decisions about your brand, offers and budget; the outsourced team turns those decisions into a plan, executes the agreed deliverables and reports on what is working. Growth360 is SEOSID’s version of that model, with clearly defined package scope.

Yes. Growth360 was designed with small and medium-sized businesses in mind, particularly those without an internal marketing team. The Local Visibility package focuses on the foundations that matter most to smaller local companies: a well-optimised Google Business Profile, consistent business information, priority on-page SEO, a steady social presence and review monitoring. As the business grows, the higher tiers add content production, short-form video, AI search work, paid advertising management and more strategy time. If you are unsure where to start, the free growth audit helps identify which level of support fits your current stage.

A traditional SEO agency typically concentrates on organic rankings and traffic. Growth360 includes SEO but treats it as one part of a broader system. Visitors who find you through search still need a website that converts, reviews that build confidence, social profiles that look active and, sometimes, paid campaigns that capture demand faster. Growth360 coordinates those channels under one plan, so keyword research informs social content, landing pages support ad campaigns, and reporting connects activity to enquiries rather than rankings alone. The goal is a more joined-up path from discovery to contact.

For many small and mid-sized businesses, Growth360 can cover most day-to-day digital marketing execution and coordination: SEO, local visibility, social content, routine website updates, review responses, paid campaign management within scope, and reporting. It is not a like-for-like replacement for every marketing role. You will still need someone internally to approve content, share business updates, make budget decisions and handle sales follow-up. Functions such as brand strategy workshops, on-site photography, product marketing, PR or full community management sit outside the standard scope and can be quoted separately.

The management fee covers the specific deliverables listed in your package — for example, a set number of unique social posts and videos, SEO content pieces, routine website updates, Google Business Profile work, reporting and strategy meetings. The package cards and comparison table on this page set out those allowances. The fee does not include advertising spend paid to platforms such as Google or Meta, third-party software you choose to use, domain and hosting charges, professional photography or filming, or larger projects like full website redesigns. Your proposal and signed agreement confirm the exact scope before work starts.

SEO & AI Search

Yes, SEO is part of every package. All plans include an initial audit, priority on-page optimisation of existing pages, indexing and crawlability checks, and Search Console-based monitoring where you grant access. Local Visibility covers basic SEO setup and prioritised improvements to up to five priority pages during onboarding. Complete Growth Partner expands technical and on-page work to up to ten pages and adds two SEO content deliverables per month. Outsourced Marketing Department adds comprehensive monthly SEO priorities, topic cluster planning and up to four content deliverables monthly. SEOSID does not promise specific ranking positions.

Yes. Every Growth360 package includes Google Business Profile work: reviewing categories, refining the business description, adding services or products where relevant, checking business information consistency across directories, and recommending photo and update activity. Higher tiers add ongoing profile management, local competitor benchmarking and more advanced local visibility work. Google ranks local results using relevance, distance and prominence, and the searcher’s location changes what they see. Optimisation can improve your competitiveness, but no agency controls map results or can guarantee a particular position for every search.

SEOSID can improve the factors that make your business easier for AI-assisted search tools to understand and reference, but no one can guarantee that ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Copilot or Google’s AI features will mention or recommend you. The work focuses on clear and consistent company information, well-structured service pages, answer-oriented FAQ content, relevant schema markup, accurate third-party listings and credible, expert-led content — the same qualities that help people trust a business. In the higher tiers, SEOSID also samples AI responses for selected queries so you can see how your brand currently appears and track changes over time.

SEO, or search engine optimisation, improves how well your website can be crawled, understood and shown in traditional search results. AEO, answer engine optimisation, structures content so it directly answers the questions people ask, which helps with featured snippets, voice search and AI summaries. GEO, generative engine optimisation, improves the clarity, credibility and consistency of your brand information so generative AI tools are more likely to describe it accurately. They are not separate ranking systems with guaranteed formulas. In practice they overlap heavily, and a solid SEO foundation supports all three.

Yes. Many AI-assisted search experiences draw on publicly available web content, and Google’s AI features sit on top of its existing search index. If your website cannot be crawled, loads slowly, lacks clear service information or has thin content, it gives both search engines and AI tools less to work with. Traditional SEO — technical health, helpful content, internal linking, structured data and local signals — remains the foundation. AI search optimisation builds on it by making information easier to extract and verify. Businesses that neglect SEO in favour of AI-only tactics usually weaken both.

There is no reliable universal timeline. Some improvements, such as fixing indexing problems or optimising a Google Business Profile, can show early movement within weeks. Broader organic visibility usually builds over several months. The pace depends on how competitive your market is, the condition and history of your website, how quickly changes are approved and implemented, how much content is produced, and your existing reputation online. Growth360 records a baseline during onboarding so you can see what is changing month by month, and the 90-day roadmap focuses on the actions most likely to create early momentum.

Social, Ads & Website

Yes. Every package includes a monthly content calendar, post design, caption writing, scheduling and publishing. Local Visibility includes 8 unique posts per month across up to 2 agreed platforms. Complete Growth Partner includes 12 static or carousel posts plus 4 edited short-form videos across up to 3 platforms. Outsourced Marketing Department includes 20 posts plus 8 videos across up to 4 platforms. These are total unique pieces, not per platform — posting one approved design to several platforms counts once. Videos are edited from footage you supply or agreed assets, and all content is shared for your approval before it goes live.

SEOSID can manage Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest and other relevant platforms. The right mix depends on where your customers actually spend time: a B2B consultancy may prioritise LinkedIn, while a café or clinic may see more value from Instagram and Facebook. The platforms included in your plan are agreed during onboarding, up to the number your package allows. Standard management covers planning, creating, scheduling and publishing content, plus basic engagement recommendations. Ongoing comment moderation or full community management can be added as a separately scoped service.

Advertising management is included in the Complete Growth Partner and Outsourced Marketing Department packages, but the advertising budget is not. Complete Growth Partner includes management of one advertising channel, such as Google Search Ads or Meta Ads, with up to three active campaigns. Outsourced Marketing Department includes up to two agreed channels with up to six active campaigns in total. Management covers planning, campaign structure, ad copy, conversion tracking checks, optimisation and reporting. Media spend is paid by you directly to Google, Meta or the relevant platform. Local Visibility does not include ad management, but it can be added in a custom package.

Growth360 includes routine website management within each package’s allowance: one routine content update per month in Local Visibility, up to three in Complete Growth Partner and up to six in Outsourced Marketing Department. Routine updates include text changes, new images, service information updates, on-page SEO fixes, form testing and small layout adjustments on existing pages. SEOSID also monitors basic technical health and recommends conversion improvements. Larger projects — full redesigns, custom software, complex integrations, ecommerce replatforming, server migrations or emergency security remediation — are quoted separately.

Yes, conversion improvement is built into Growth360. The work starts by checking that enquiries are tracked properly, because you cannot improve what you cannot measure. SEOSID then reviews how visitors move through your key pages and identifies friction: unclear service descriptions, weak calls to action, long or broken forms, missing trust signals or poor mobile layouts. Improvements are prioritised and implemented within your package’s website allowance. Results depend on traffic levels, your offer, pricing, competition and how quickly your team responds to leads, so SEOSID does not promise a specific number of enquiries.

Yes. Growth360 includes review monitoring and drafted responses, and higher tiers add structured reputation workflows and oversight. SEOSID helps you design a compliant process for asking genuine customers for feedback, drafts professional responses to positive and negative reviews, flags issues that need escalation, and keeps your business listings accurate. All review activity follows platform policies and applicable laws. SEOSID does not write fake reviews, buy reviews, selectively ask only happy customers, or manipulate ratings in any way. A trustworthy reputation comes from consistent service and honest feedback, and Growth360 supports that process.

Pricing & Working Together

For businesses in Singapore, Growth360 is offered in three tiers, priced in US dollars: Local Visibility at $899 per month, Complete Growth Partner at $1,499 per month, and Outsourced Marketing Department from $2,499 per month. The first two tiers have fixed monthly allowances. The third starts from $2,499 because broader requirements — more platforms, locations, campaigns or content — change the effort involved. Advertising spend and third-party costs are separate. Custom packages are available if your needs sit between tiers. Final pricing, applicable taxes and contract terms are confirmed in your proposal once we understand your requirements.

Yes. The Growth360 fee covers SEOSID’s management work, not the money paid to advertising platforms. If your package includes paid advertising management, your ad spend is billed directly by Google, Meta or the relevant platform to a payment method you control, inside an ad account you own. SEOSID recommends a budget based on your goals, market competition and the number of campaigns, and explains the trade-offs between budget levels. You decide how much to spend and can change it at any time. Keeping spend separate makes costs transparent and keeps your advertising data with your business.

Every Growth360 client has a clear point of contact for questions, approvals and updates. In the Outsourced Marketing Department package you have a named account manager or primary point of contact who coordinates your plan, runs two strategy meetings a month and keeps work moving across channels. In Complete Growth Partner you have a monthly strategy call and scheduled meeting support, with email support in between. Local Visibility is supported by email and the monthly report. Behind your contact, specialists handle SEO, content, design, advertising and reporting, so you get coordinated expertise without managing each specialist yourself.

During onboarding SEOSID records a baseline: current organic traffic and visibility, Google Business Profile activity, social presence, review status, website enquiries and, where relevant, advertising performance. Monthly reports compare progress against that baseline and explain what changed, why it matters and what happens next. Where tracking allows, reports connect activity to enquiries by source. Attribution has limits — phone calls, word of mouth and multiple touchpoints are hard to track perfectly — so reports explain those gaps rather than hiding them. Strategy meetings in the higher tiers are used to review results and agree the next month’s priorities.

Yes. Many businesses start with one package and move up as their needs grow, and some need a custom mix — for example, Local Visibility plus paid advertising management, or extra video production. Upgrades and custom packages are available subject to an agreed scope and the terms of your contract. Changes are usually aligned with your billing cycle so new allowances apply cleanly from a set date. If you are unsure which level fits, start with the free growth audit; SEOSID will recommend a package based on what the audit finds rather than defaulting to the largest option.

Start by requesting a free growth audit using the form on this page. SEOSID reviews your website, search visibility, Google Maps presence, social profiles, reputation and advertising opportunities, then arranges a discovery conversation to walk through the findings and understand your goals. If Growth360 is a good fit, you receive a proposal with the recommended package, scope, pricing and terms. Once you accept, onboarding begins: access is shared, a baseline is recorded and the first fifteen days focus on auditing and planning. From there, the 90-day roadmap guides implementation, with regular reporting along the way.
